Recruitment: one of our sales assistant is soon to start maternity leave. We are looking for someone for an immediate start until at least the end of October and more realistically in January 2019.
Mission: You will report to the Business Unit Manager and to the Sales Manager.
You will be in daily contact with our customers worldwide (Europe, North America and Asia).
You will be responsible for the Q&A process including technical and business questions from existing clients and new prospects. In order to prepare responses, you will be supported by our sales team, our production team and our technical team.
You will be in charge for recording orders within our CRM and preparing order acknowledgements. You will be working closely with the production and logistic team.
Occasionally you may be expected to assist with the preparations of exhibitions and sales conferences.
Profile: You have a Masters in Administration of Sales or equivalent. You will be fluent in English (TOEIC minimum 900) and French. To be fluent in a third language is a plus. You are familiar with Microsoft software’s. Experience using SalesForce and Quadratus would be a desirable extra.
