Advanced processes of Laser Injection for Sedentary Analyses


The objective of the project CRUSHED is double. On the one hand we will develop a system and a methodology of injection of multipoint faults advanced using from three to four beams laser (today the injection of optical faults is done to the maximum in two points). This new process will be applied to various material and software bricks to validate its effectiveness and to improve its performances. It will allow, in the long term, the marketing of a innovating test system and the improvement of the capacities of evaluation and certification of several partners. In addition, we will propose software and material implementations, with specific countermeasures, which will allow the developers of products embarked to make safe them against attacks by injection of faults according to various levels and scenarios of attack. This will contribute to the marketing of new circuits and more secure products.
