Epitaxial synthesis of Mn5Ge3 / Ge heterostructures for spintronic applications
The objective of the project is to synthesize, by molecular beam epitaxy, heterostructures based on the ferromagnetic compound Mn5Ge3 deposited on a Ge substrate, and to study its structural, magnetic and transport properties.
