SMART IMMO

Reducing the operating and energy consumption costs of commercial buildings, developing the market for services around buildings, these are the objectives of the SmartImmo project of the SCS Cluster (Secure Communication Solutions).

Today, buildings are increasingly equipped with programmable automatic installations, but all these systems – access control, heating, video surveillance, … – do not communicate with each other, which affects the efficiency of the system. building and the comfort of the occupants.

Thanks to SmartImmo, you can automatically adapt the temperature of a room according to its occupancy, anticipate a failure and trigger an intervention to replace a defective part, display in real time the energy consumption of a building to educate occupants , remotely monitor a group of buildings from a shared pilot center, …

In addition, all building data – description (plan, equipment, …), activities (works, regulatory controls, …), various data (temperature, consumption, …) – will be kept in a real “black box” of the building, searchable at a distance. This black box, living memory of the building, will be a valuable tool for the owner, the operators, the intervention technicians, … and could offer online services of advice for adaptation, renovation or even adequacy from building to regulation.

The results of the project will be tested in a local community and a business center.
