SCS Cluster met their EXCITE Consortium partners
From 6 to 9 June 2022 – Sofia, Bulgaria
All the partners of the EXCITE project, a consortium of 6 European clusters in the digital sector, met at the Scale UP 2022 organized by the ICT and DTI (Digital Transformation and Innovation) clusters.
At the agenda: working sessions, ecosystem visits, meetings with entrepreneurs, and exchanges of good practices with other European clusters.
Sofia Tech Park – the Bulgarian digital innovation ecosystem
The Bulgarian capital has within the Sofia Tech Park an active ecosystem of entrepreneurs, incubators, clusters, universities, laboratories, and the presence of corporations, enhancing technological and digital innovation.
The Sofia Tech Park hosts the European Petascale Supercomputer – Discoverer. Its very high calculation performance is applied to various domains such as novel molecule drug discovery, sequential analysis, quantum computing.
The partners also visited the facilities of the Technical University Sofia to microelectronics learning, and to additive manufacturing prototyping.
Promoting our regional ecosystem
The Scale UP 2022 conference was the opportunities for SCS Cluster to present to the local and international players the regional ecosystem of the South–Eastern Region of France, and its strength on our strategic technologies value chains.
Strengthening our links with European players for our members’ internationalisation
In the frame of the EXCITE project, ClusterXchange is our support scheme for the building and financing of taylor-made international missions in Europe for our members.
