Characterization, Modeling and Security Specifications of integrated prototype circuits

The increase in secure uses such as banking applications, health, electronic identification, internet access, requires highly reliable electronic components. But the tools of characterization of the components are expensive.

The aim is to enhance the security of electronic components by developing new security characterization methods in the integrated circuit design process in order to reduce the overall cost related to these security aspects.
