Images on the Web: dynamics of the images analyzes on Web 2.0.


The ImagiWeb project consists in studying how on Internet and the Image of entities like companies perceived is emitted, or politicians. The study of these representations and their dynamics constitutes a challenge which, if it is solved, will make it possible to meet concrete needs, in particular in the field of the information day before, and will give answers to important matters asked in political sciences and sociology. Among the originalities which this project comprises, quote that which resides in the fact of approaching jointly a set of problems treated up to now separately (study of the opinions, taken into account of the context, evolution of the sets of themes, analyzes social networks, study of the topology of the Web). The emphasis is placed on the fact that with the same entity several distinct images can be associated according to the population, like on the temporal aspect subjacent with the dynamics of the images. ImagiWeb brings together six partners (three university laboratories and three companies, of which SME).
