Self Service Mobility.

The objective: to enable citizens to become actors in their choice of mobility, to encourage the emergence of more environmentally responsible behavior.

Nice Côte d’Azur, Renault and Veolia Transport are partners in a research and development project to test a service combining real-time and personalized solutions of sustainable transport: soft mobility, public transport, electric vehicle, etc.

■ Establishment of a “free mobility service” allowing the subscriber to choose the best transport option offered in a quick and easy way.

■ Experimental implementation of fixed-price tariffs giving access to all these means of transport (buses, coaches, trams, blue bicycles, car-sharing, car-pooling, short-term rental) and encouraging multimodal combination.

■ Provision of an interoperable contactless access media on the various modes of mobility included in the offer.
