MOCVD / ALD growth optimization of nanostructured oxide for the conversion of solar energy by the coupling between modeling and in situ analysis by synchrotron radiation and optical methods.

Our project aims to improve the fundamental knowledge of nucleation processes of nanowires and nanocrystalline oxide-based thin films, which should lead to a technological break especially in the field of materials for energy and more specifically for conversion. solar energy. The objective is to study in situ and in real time the substrate-gas interaction, the nucleation mechanisms, the transition to the equilibrium growth regime, the quality of the substrate-nanostructure interface, the relaxation mechanisms or structural defects within a growth chamber dedicated to chemical vapor deposition (MOCVDetALD).
