OTC Kaypal®MR

Open Tracing Container.


Significantly improve the efficiency, the visibility and the transparency of the management of reusable containers, circulating in open loop in the universe of the Large Distribution, as well as the traceability of the contained products.

The use of technologies and standards RFID, EPCIS, Discovery Services and Web Services business, associated to the concept of the physical Internet and applied to a collaborative and innovative business model, brings a sustainable added value to the piloting, the optimization and the the traceability of reusable container flows and their contents evolving in open loop in the world of mass distribution.

The OTC_KAYPAL® MR project aims to demonstrate the interest of this approach by removing the locks identified through R & D work on innovative topics such as the interoperability of standards and the development of routing algorithms to sustainably optimize processes piloting and traceability products in open loop.

The OTC-KAYPAL®MR project represents a sustainable response to the development of new services.

The work carried out will be concretely tested using a new business model with high potential, open, collaborative and sustainable: the KAYPAL® MR (Multi-Rotations) “, a reusable cardboard pallet, a true containerization of order picking at the layer. in the world of mass distribution, for which the optimization of the rotation, virtuous for all the actors of the supply chain, is the very foundation of the economic model.
